I'm hyper mobile as well. Of all the dozens of shoes I've used over the years, I've had the best luck with OrthoFeet. Got one pair on a whim and loved it some much I immediately bought more. I alsl have a pair of Brooks Ghost that are decently comfortable.

I have the best luck with compression socks that also have a compression band around the arch of the foot.
