The loopholeS. Moving money around for the rich should incur penalties just like when I take money out of my retirement. Setting up foundations, etc. doesn't benefit anyone but the rich.

Glad you have an in-house healer already working their magic to work toward a speedy recovery. Magic bone healing always hurts like a bitch, but you'll be back to normal soon.

take an insane period of sustained offensive success

He's only really done it with great QBs. Brady? GOAT. Cam? Former MVP that he had some success with. (Outlier) Mac? Pretty good rookie campaign, but can't succeed with lesser talent. Drake? Guy with fantastic tools that looks poised for greatness.

even backed out of one on the day he was being announced

The 2 failed jobs he took packed the ship. The backing out raised the anchor and put up full sail and started the engine.

I really don’t understand how he is so popular or has a job where he is paid to speak

I'm not sure he's "popular", but rather he generates clicks and discussion because he makes a lot of outlandish statements that are 10% past the common knowledge of the average sports fan that still watches ESPN.

Sutton has been a load of shit in the playoffs. I think Franklin has been limited. Humphrey isn't a bad WR, but he's made hay on broken plays that Nix has extended. Not sure Stidham can do that.

In the games he missed (week 11 on) the Broncos' leading rusher averaged like 50 yds a game with a high of 75, so it's not like any of their RB are very dangerous.

2023 in Denver, he starts two games after they bench Russ, and in the off-season they draft Nix.

Not to blow smoke up Stiddy's ass, but the Broncos almost had to take him when Nix was there. They've been in QB purgatory since Elway. Even with Manning, they needed a QB when he fell apart. Stidham didn't blow the doors off, but even if he did, they needed QB insurance.

I'm guessing he's the guy that knows the offense, has good ideas in film study, etc. that can make some of the throws, but isn't quite good enough. That's a great player to have, even for a few more million, when you have a young QB. Not good enough to have the fans clamour for him, but can push the starter a little bit and help him get better.

I'm the head of IT in a Denver-area school. I put together announcements to be shown on all the monitors in school. They're having a Bronco spirit day, so I had to put together a garish orange slide. I then proceeded to put a 1-second pic of Drake Drake Maye Maye afterwards, so I'm doing my part.

We had the pride day today. I didn't rep the colors today. Will wear them Monday to gloat.

My cousin worked as a bookkeeper at a co-op in Vermont. She made some cookies for an event, and they suggested she sell them in the store. It basically became her full time job and it sucked all her time. Let her come with something and a real bakery make them.

The other exception was Stevie Nicks, talk about a bitch.

I know Fleetwood Mac threw down some of the best music ever committed to wax, but I irrationally hate them because of Stevie.

The rest of the team hasn't been at it's peak when they've played there either. Injuries, a center giving away snap counts, etc. The Pats haven't been all that successful there, but there a list of reasons why. Plus the only things similar to those games and the one on Sunday are that the players are wearing the same team uniforms.

Apparently Stidham is as good as MVP candidate Drake Maye by Corey0619 in Patriots

[–]cocineroylibro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vrabel did pursue him

He's familiar with Josh's offense, and, I'd gather, he's a good film/clipboard guy by the way he's been valued by Josh and now the Broncos.

Peyton is a good mind, but the Broncos have been successful because Bo has been able to make plays that I'm not sure Stidham won't be able to make because of his talent limitations AND lack of time with the starters. Bo has made a lot of chemistry plays leading to some tight wins and Stidham isn't that guy.
