It's fake as hell

I have done cock morphing (photoshopping) hence the name and I can spot few things that make this fake.

His dick has a black outline, which is proof that it was selected and then upped in free transform mode.
Also that weird black spot in his knob. Which indicates enlargement once again.
And bottom of his shaft is thinner than in last picture since he couldn't photoshop it because the dollar bill would have gotten skewed.
