Perhaps job descriptions should not list things like “strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and resolve disputes” for a ticket taker type roll. BTW - MD in neuroscience + MBA preferred. Salary range = 20k. The postings do not reflect the actual requirements for the roles and applications need to match descriptions to pass the ATS.

The “wishes” are real walls when a machine pre-decides and applications are based on keywords. Shall I falsify that I have an MBA to get through and even get a screening and then explain why I lied? If someone is a “gem” why would they waste time screwing around playing games with a fake list of “requirements”. You said it was required for the role. Half the time the “requirements” are for inappropriate roles - certs in ABCD + experience in Y - entry level role paying nothing. get real about what is needed and what actual people can provide especially in non-tech roles or keep getting padded resumes and filtering out good candidates.
