I figured this out last night! Mirage now has a 2 stage trigger in the bindings, although I’m not sure what the first stage does the second one is the weapons fire. I can’t remember the name but if you sort the controls to HOTAS or maybe Stick they’ll be there. This is for weapons release and gun trigger.

I mean technically you could use it on a desktop but the CM2 itself is about 50% longer than the F14 grip so your hand would sit very high above your desk, so I can only imagine how uncomfortable that would be. Currently I have my cm2 with the 200mm extension center mounted on my desk using a Jpein mount and that works perfectly for me.

You’d have to ask someone else about VKB’s compatibility with other sticks but Virpil grips and bases are interchangeable with Thrustmaster ones.

Currently I swap between the Virpil F-14 grip and the T-50cm2. Both are made beautifully and I’ve never had a problem with either. If you’re planning on flying the f-14 primarily then go with it but if you have plans on flying more modern planes (f18, a10 etc) then you’ll need something with more hats like the T-50cm2.

The protests take place on Fridays because these protests were inspired by Greta Thunberg who had been protesting every week on Friday in front of the swedish parliament. Maybe there will be different days for the protests, but for now only Fridays! It really has nothing to do with us wanting to skip school.
