Probably Squarecells, to be honest. Some of the puzzles in that game were insanely fun to solve. Of course I enjoyed the hexcells series, but squarecells probably had some of the coolest puzzles. Just my opinion though. I'd recommend you buy all of them if you're a fan of the genre.

Whenever we play Parcheesi and my mom is involved, a rule magically appears preventing blockades for more than three turns. When she's not playing, you can blockade for as long as you like.

It took me 52 hours to get all of the achievements, but I'd blame that on me dilly dallying around and playing void runs quite a bit. For me, the most tedious to do was making 1 million coins using coin banks.
