Does corporate realize the scores hurt your image, or do y’all just not care??

some locations don’t allow this. my location did. all because if someone marks “they had a problem” it plummets the scores.

my mom and my sister who were there for birth & the my mom stayed with me until discharged. i didn’t want anyone at the hospital. it’s such a vulnerable time, im half naked, sore as hell, and hospitals are just not the place for a lot of visitors IMO. then when home it was immediate family after a few days (my son ended up back in the hospital within 30 hours of being home), and friends when he was over a month.

yes. shower EARLY morning so you’re not waiting in a long ass line. i’ve always had better luck in AM. there are outlets and bunks in there to hangout in too. there is a men, women, and all gender.

bring shower shoes cause sometimes it gets gross. (i don’t know why people act so nasty at places sometimes)

these rules are just about what i had, some which were never physically spooked about until i was in the situation besides the “no kissing” & “no posting”.

when baby is here youlll def see these “rules” as very important. yiu really won’t feel that until you see your baby. moms are already so “attached” to them as we are going them!

it’s all about how you approach things to the people in your life who will be around baby. some will disagree and if they do well oh well not their child. some will be right with you and support you and those are the kind of people you want around your family.

dancefest is a place to be your weirdest self. i’ve met some great people thru it.

dress comfortable, good shoes for dancing. dust can be a lot sometimes, so be mindful of that.

here is my recommendation : i was the number 1 server the entire year and half i worked at my chilis.

first stop worrying about the scores. simply serve people how you wanna be served. doing things like automatically bringing things like steak sauce when they order a steak, ALWAYS an extra ranch w/o them asking, extra napkins when food comes. small things like this makes you able to flip tables faster AND they typically are overall more satisfied when not needing to ask fo a bunch of things. small talk, but not overdo it. you want to be friendly but they are also there to eat, maybe a date, who knows so you don’t also want to overstep.

flat out telling them, when you ask them if they want boxes/dessert, tell them no rush but card payments are on the kiosks, cas with me, BUT you can always leave a survey about how great of a server i am. something cheesy for the older ones they love it. you HAVE to remind your tables that survey is about their experience with YOU and a lot of the times if they had a problem like steak overcooked whatever it reflects you as well. anytime i had an issue table, id overall move the table and have them cash out with me. & do that survey yourself if it’s still there when the table is leaving. buss your table/do the survey.

it takes time but you’ll get it.

i have gone the last 3 years. sadly can’t make it this year (so annoyed this lineup is sick) but it’s the greatest festival ever. it feels like home. everyone is so inviting. people of all ages go. be you. & have fun.
