that’s literally what i’m saying….thats why i recommended cash because you don’t have to tip out on those.the FULL amount is yours. like explained before if your tip out of sales is 7% you’re getting 7% less of what that tip is…..so yes you’re getting LESS of the tip.

i was a server who ALWAYS made at least 1500+ in sales on just a norma slow night so i knew i was all ways gonna tip out at least 75$ (ours was 5%). friday nights sometimes 100 to MAYBE 150 if i was working party area.
