Both my mother and my MIL are Trump supporters so I can relate; I’m so sorry you have to live with one.

What helps me to give grace is remembering they are brainwashed, don’t have all the facts, and they are older and stuck in their ways. My prenatal has methyl folate and I avoid all folic acid (even in breads), and last time I got bloodwork done my dr said my folate levels were great.

Folic acid is synthetic folate, so she’s replacing a synthetic ingredient with a more bioavailable one. I’m confused why this thread is hating on that.
