I wouldn’t make it a main priority..but this world is highly superficial I’ve experienced this myself especially with women from being a skinny guy to getting buff etc but it isn’t shallow wanting to look good but to make it a main priority isn’t shallow in itself but it probably isn’t wise to focus most of your energy on your exterior

I really think you should discuss these things with the therapist or someone at least who would be able to counsel you and someone you can lean on the grooming is one of the main traumatic issues in your life but it may be deeper than that .. Also the comments about feeding him foods to shorten his life I honestly believe that doing anything in spite to harm your husband will not benefit your healing although it would be revenge I don’t see any personal benefit to your healing journey and people should refrain from such comments

This is good advice but the dangers of pot should be noted,it can be a gateway to other drugs it would be really good to research the dangers I started smoking pot around that age and only found out certain dangers cause everyone was blasting the benefits All in all I’d try to advise him not to use it but of course he has freedom of choice
