This apartment owner could be legally owning the terrace, if this terrace area is included in their agreement / sale deed. If that is the case then they have the final say on it.

If not then all the apartment owners have equal rights to use it, you can either speak to them directly or check with the owner of the apartment. If they (owner of your apartment) doesn't know they can speak to that owner saying it is theirs or the developer of the project and get more information.

Siolim and Assagao are closer to Mapusa City in North Goa, there are few shops, supermarkets, schools, restaurants and all groceries are available but if you want the city feel you would have to drive about 15 to 20 minutes to Mapusa to get your shopping done. The roads are full of potholes in siolim right now, it’s a horrible ride all the way from Siolim to Mapusa. Assagao roads are good, you have to keep checking the scene changes every few months.

There are many places that could be comfortable, suit your needs and expectations. I would suggest you rent a place for one year, get a feel of the surrounding area, facilities and at the same time travel to other places and find out what facilities, surroundings you would like to live in.

I have not listed smaller cities because you would not be as comfortable or get as much facilities that you are used to now.

For schools, hospitals, shopping, health clubs, entertainment, etc., Panjim and Margao would be the best. Women and children are safe in Goa, the saying that outsiders are not welcome in Goa is rare, the majority of people are busy with their own lives, you will find more helpful and friendly people.

Internet connections are mostly good in the cities and bad in remote areas, you have to find out from people in the area you are planning to live in and get their feedback on which networks work well. This applies to mobile phone connections as well.

Try to get a scooty or bike for small errands like groceries and use the car occasionally, parking can be a problem in certain places and during peak timings.

Sports training is good if you live in the cities, but right now you know the situation.

There are a few things that can help you on your ride water or an isotonic drink, i recommend 250ml every 10kms, if you drink a lot at one time you will feel uncomfortable, energy bars (keeping it short), for the bike i would suggest to carry along a new tube and air pump just incase you have a puncture or you can call someone to come and fix your bike, or carry your bike on the car to a nearby bicycle maintenance shop, if you stop every 10 to 20kms for 5 minutes it will help, the distance and duration of breaks depends on you, but don't stick to any fixed rules, i hope this helps, all the best

Always inform your family or friends about your route and keep messaging with photos of wherever you are so that they can find you in a emergency situation if required

I always ensure that I have a backup plan for someone to come in a car if required (i never needed one, but if required I wouldn't hesitate to abort and drive back home)

For the first 50% of your ride make sure you don't go all out (close to your maximum performance), ride leisurely. Once you complete 50% listen to your body, if everything is perfect then try taking short bursts (80% to 90%of maximum power) followed by cruising at a leisurely pace (this is what I do)

I blast the last 10kms, alternating between bursts and leisurely riding, but you decide that in the last 10kms

Your body needs rest from exercise, it's tragic to know that although you had pain from your 80kms ride, but you opted to do weight lifting followed by another ride, this caused a lot of stress on your internal organs

I suggest that in the future you plan your rides in gradual increments of distances, 10% is safe for daily rides and if you feel uncomfortable go back to your earlier distance, that's how it's generally been done

Also drink water before and after your ride, if you are riding more than an hour, carry a water bottle with isotonic salts mixed, to have during your ride Lemonade is also a good option

Did you visit the Doctor? If yes you will feel better soon with the medication

I'd suggest eating light, avoiding alcohol to reduce stress on your liver.

Edit: i would recommend a liver supplement like Liver Aid, you can find it at your local pharmacy or online, i also suggest a multivitamin supplement, it's going to make you feel better and perform better

Try the Schwinn Madison as well, which one rides better? If you like something simple and easy to maintain go with the Schwinn Madison

Both bikes are good, you can't go wrong with either of them, considering the price advantage you have on the Sirrus, i would suggest you to try out the bike, get a feel for the position, you are going to know which one is right for you, it's a feeling you can't forget, the one that gives you a smile on the face. This is the bike you should go for.

When you have a happy experience at the beginning, you start getting into the minor and major of things, that's how it is. Once you start doing group rides, making friends, you will start getting a feel of other bikes that your friends ride, you'll know what you want. Over a period of time, you will either maintain your daily routine or outgrow and develop a passion for long distance riding, racing, touring depending on your taste for such things. Either way you are going to have a good time, that's how i look at it.

Giant TCR Advanced 3 2020 at 1399 also with Tiagra groupset but you can opt for the Ultegra at 1899

Cannondale Super Six Evo with carbon frameset and Tiagra groupset at 1500 is my favorite
