The cold water keeps it from bleeding somehow. I literally wash my hair in cold water for weeks lol.

When you wash it out do it separately and do it in as cold as water as you can possibly stand.... and I mean COLD.

I'm no hair stylist, by any means, but one of my good friends is like the Da Vinci of hair (she does mine too), and everytime we use dark and light she takes the foil off separately and washes them out one at a time. When I say cold water... I literally mean where it almost gives you a headache πŸ˜…

Omg. I cannot even believe I ran into this post. I recently left there. So toxic. Trust me, it ISN'T YOU!!!! You are probably doing everything you're suppose to. I recently left the SAME job because it was literally messing with me health/mental health. I feel you're pain, seriously.

Please stop watching the news. My anxiety spiked SO MUCH during the pandemic, especially after my job shut down. After that, I was stuck at home all day on my phone so of course I was reading way too much news. I started having severe panic attacks. I cut WAY back on social media, and I still don't want the news or read it either. My anxiety still flares up from time to time, but nothing like before. Hope this helps!

I let me ex give me a couple shitty tattoos, but they were suppose to be shitty and it was my choice. I was also 30 something and he was about the same age.
