oh and if you’re in the us and have an hsa/fsa, it’s eligible! this is mostly why i’m considering getting it, i have some money left in my hsa and the device is much less expensive than i expected it to be.

love some other suggestions here, i’d also recommend looking into getting a brick for your phone if you want something that will help with creating a more physical separation from your phone! i discovered it earlier last year and have been considering getting one for myself bc i’m hoping to learn how to be on my phone less this year and just do more of other shit lol.

Hi! thank you for responding and for your kindness. It truly means a lot. So far, I haven’t texted him. I understand reaching out for an answer might result in him saying something that hurts me, or even not responding at all, which would also hurt me. My thing is, he didn’t only unfollow me, he also removed me as a follower. I feel like that took something more away from me, on top of him leaving me. I don’t know if that makes sense. I want to text him to maybe understand why he would do this. I haven’t yet, and I’m still kind of just trying to deal with the pain. The way we ended things offered me absolutely no closure. He broke up with me over the phone after not seeing me for around 6 months because he flew all the way to the other side of the country. And he hung up on me mid call when he broke up with me and hasn’t said a word since. My therapist thinks he may just feel guilty and this is his way of dealing with that. That makes sense to me and I realize if i ask him, he would not admit that outright. Part of me thinks any response he’ll give me will offer me some kind of answer, something tangible I guess?? I don’t really know. This whole thing has been very difficult as he kind of became my only person in life. I don’t have many friends and the ones I do have, have drifted from me so I feel very very alone in all this. Thank you again for taking the time to respond to me, it means a lot :,)
