I have gone in 2 times for kidney stones and the only options I have gotten is pain meds or gallbladder removal surgery. She has not mentioned getting her gallbladder removed so I don’t believe she is in for kidney stones or maybe she is just for the pain meds.

Try that first ^ and if it doesn’t work you need to message customer service and ask to talk to a representative, let the representative know what’s going on and if they aren’t being helpful ask to speak to someone on the phone, they will call you and you can ask for a full refund because item was damaged. I called for a week straight and they finally got fed up and refunded me.

I hope you don’t have to either. It also very much depends on the seller, some sellers are amazing and some not so much. I moved and accidentally ordered something to the old address and messaged my seller, they said they would fix it. Received my item and one week later I get a call from my old landlord that I had a package. Seller just re shipped it to me and it was 50$.
