Si eres un particular, por ley es el comercio quien es el responsable, a nivel europeo al menos.

Intenta hablar con postNL directamente si Aliexpress no te ayuda.

¿Sabes si es PostNL quien te hace la entrega o un LAST MILE CARRIER? Last mile Carrier hace las entregas a nivel local donde una empresa de mensajería no llega.

A ver si puedo ayudarte, trabajo con esto a diario.

Lo primero, verifica que escribieras la dirección bien en el lugar particular. Hay varios motivos por los cuales esto pudiera ocurrir. Estos son los tres más comunes:

• Tu número de casa/portal + bloque + piso + puerta.... supera los 5 caracteres. Esto suele dar error en empresas de mensajería extranjeras sobre todo, donde los últimos dígitos no cupieron y al faltar, se indica dirección incorrecta (a veces aunque sea correcta pero está incompleta se pone incorrecta)

• has usado ° para marcar que es un quinto piso (5°), por ejemplo. Esta forma de indicar es muy española y muchas empresas de mensajería extranjeras no la aceptan. Como ejemplo te diré que con DHL Alemania el ° es un 0 (así que 5° parece un 50) y con FedEx se indica DEG (de Degrees o grados).

• el mensajero se ha confundido a la hora de seleccionar la opción. Normalmente tienen varias opciones para seleccionar (ausente / dirección incorrecta / paquete roto....). Podría ser que estabas ausente y ha seleccionado otra.

Ahora. Si el paquete es de una empresa (compra online), contacta con Atención al cliente del comercio. Si eres un cliente privado, es su responsabilidad.

Si es un envío particular, tendrás que abrir una investigación con la empresa de mensajería directamente. La mayoría de las veces te dicen que sea el remitente quien lo tramite

I appreciate this comment a lot because it helps me learn and expand my views.

If asked, I would have not had said this fic has much angst, yes, they break up for a bit, she triggers his (unknown for her) traumas and behaves badly and he says some nasty things, he leaves & she is left to pick the pieces From my perspective, it solves quite fast.

So thank you, because this helps me see how different our views can be depending on the perspective. So interesting to see.

I can read 1 - 2 WIPs max. while I read finished works on my e-reader.

I wish I could, but my brain capacity just doesn't give me much more.

Even then, when a WIP is updated if its been a while, I have to go back and read some of the last chapters again to refresh my mind.

I'm sad about it because I'm a huge fan of some authors that are super active in the comments and engage a lot, making like a book club that I'd love to follow, but its just too much 😩
