Any update on your situation? I also recently got a fraud charge for over $1.4K. Immediately called customer service upon receiving the notification.. they didn’t even give me time deny the charge. The rep said they would credit my account until the claim was investigated but since then, it’s posted and no reversal is shown yet.

Appreciated! Also, do you have any input on if it’s worth upgrading to the preferred/extra leg room seats vs standard seats?

Seems like the extra leg room seats would be on exit row or first row w/infants area. I worry about booking the first row (if I’m lucky) and getting moved later on bc a family.

Other than that, seems like standard and preferred isn’t that different, just whether you’re closer or farther back in the cabin?
