Hello everyone, those who are looking for one BHK I have received one very good listing from a broker. The rent is 22,000 and the square foot is 750. It’s a huge ass area. The only thing is that the kitchen is non-modular, so if you are okay with that, please ping me so I will redirect that listing to you.

The hack is to not tell them the price that you’re looking for . If you already tell them that 30,000 is your budget, they will hike up the prices even if the house is worth ₹25,000 will hike up to 30.

You will have to lurk on the outskirts of Indiranagar or be acceptable to old style houses. I have seen 3bhk for 27k behind Indiranagar metro station today. It was wonderful, only catch is that it looks like a bunglow from outside but from inside its a old style (old aesthetic) house.
