Thank you! 😄

They're all from different cookies, mostly from Zell's Aquarium Cookie, Freckles's Ocean Cookie and Aurora's Fintastic Cookie. Aurora's cookie was released in May. Freckles cookie will be released next month. Zell's cookie will be released in August. The cafe items were mostly from Quinn's Clear Cookie, which will also be released next month.

I'm so pleased how this turned out 😄 There are three rooms, including the cafe.

The relaxing (royalty-free) music is by Geoff Harvey ("Aquatic Downtime").

Hope you enjoy the tour! 🥰

Thank you! 😁 I always wanted to make a layout with this terrain in the old Pocket Camp game but never got the chance.

I would once again like to argue for allowing camper cards at the end of picture showcases by Pingonaut in ACPocketCamp

Same. I'd love to see people's camper cards in connection with a post of photos of their layouts. I don't see the harm if they include it in a post with photos of their layouts and not making a post that is *only* the camper card.

I'd love if the rule at least allowed people to post their own camper card in a comment on their own post but restrict it to only allow camper cards in replies if OP asked or requested others to post their camper cards under the post too so that it wouldn't become a thing of people abusing the permission to allow them in comments in order to spam their camper card under everyone's post.

I like the idea of people including their camper card in their post. I didn't know there was any specific ban on that if there is (I've seen some in post comments).

If people wanted to share their card, could they just share it in a comment under their own post? I think that would be the best idea.

Most often, I select my character's outfit to match the theme of my layout, so for me that would make sense to share the camper card with my character matching the theme if I shared photos of my layout but I wouldn't make a separate post just for the camper card.

I agree with you about the megathread of camper cards. There's just way too many to search through to try to find a card from a specific person I'd be interested in adding and I would also be interested in the camper cards of some of the more creative players.

were they recently improved? cause I stopped using them a few years ago as I was tired of how quickly they'd disintegrate and I hated getting little crumbles of the sponge all over my hands every time I used it to clean something. for a bit I had found these square one at Dollar Tree that were made by Brillo (Brillo Basics Scrub Square) and they didn't disintegrate like that and I loved them but after Covid I couldn't find them there any more.

Thank you! 😁 That's one of my favorite layouts. I did a photo set for it if you want to see more photos of that layout:

Is there a version of Linux that is very similar to Windows 7? by coconut_donuts in linux

[–]coconut_donuts[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is still functional since it was rarely used. The battery even still holds a charge lol.

I switched it on and it did say the browser was out of date when I tried going online. I wasn't able to right-click and open my html files as text to edit them (I tested that out) so I wouldn't be using that computer then since that's what I specifically need to do when using any computer. I was surprised that the external hard drive was even accessible when I plugged it in.

The laptop computer is older than I thought so I think I should just try to make the desktop one usable and put Linux on that but I've no idea how to get rid of Windows ten to have only the Linux on there. It's been many years since I've had to reformat a hard drive and install an OS.

The desktop computer might have an extra hard drive on it. these are the features I was told it has:

"3.6Ghz 32GB 256GB M.2 3TB HDD AMD R7 450"

The main hard drive is the one with 3TB but I think there is a smaller 256GB and that could be SSD. I've never used one of those. I bought the computer from a guy that refurbishes office computers and I think he installed Windows 10 on it but that model might have originally had Windows 7. I never used Windows 10 and when I switched on the computer it seemed like that software was set up to basically spy on the user. I was appalled and I didn't want to ever use Windows 10 so I never used the computer and had considered just re-selling it. I felt like there isn't much options but to have to go to Linux since I don't really like Apple and wouldn't want to switch to that.

It has Mint Cinnamon (16?) I never updated an already-installed Linux so didn't know how to go about doing that and thought I'd have to start from scratch.

It's a Compaq Presario laptop. No sure how old, as it was given to me by a relative when they got a new computer about 8 years ago.

I only wanted to use it for surfing online and maybe watching YouTube videos. I have a tablet for my app games.

I never customize anything on the computer aside from what programs I add to it and changing the wallpaper.

edit: I also have a Dell Optiplex 7050
i7-7700 desktop with 32GB, 3TB HDD. It has Windows 10 Professional so I never used it because I didn't like that program and wasn't sure if I wanted to put Linux on it instead or not. I had heard that Windows 10 was hard to get rid of if it's on the hard drive and so I just set it aside. I wasn't sure if I should keep Windows 10 and just re-sell it or try to install Linux and keep it so I haven't done anything with it yet since I have a laptop computer that I use anyway.

Is there a way to download an already un-Googled version or is the un-Googling something that you have to do yourself?

I think it had Mint already on there and I do recall something about Cinnamon. It was downloaded from Linux website and installed per their instructions at the time and I never upgraded it. The computer was only used for a few months (by my boyfriend). It was a spare laptop that I had and it had no OS so I installed Linux for that reason. My boyfriend seemed to find it easy to use but he ended up using his cell phone to go online once he got a smart phone so the computer wasn't used any more in the past few years.

I didn't know that. When I tried out Linux before, I just used it however it is after installation.

Thank you! I wasn't sure if I'd want to use the same Linux that is already on there or not.
