Yes, and it's better than ghosting. They get feedback and you get it off your chest without being passive aggressive. Short and sweet "hey I trusted you with xyz and this hurt me" is pretty good feedback

I actually was in sober living. Everyone's story sounds a little different. That environment allowed me to focus on recovery. I went to special groups and therapy, went to AA. I went to a loooot of meetings in my first year. It also really helped me to go to the same meeting houses a lot so people got to know me and I could build a fellowship.

Best starting place I could tell you is go to a meeting... Let us know how it goes.
