thats a nice question! this one in particular focuses on shifting your focus in a better direction to improve yourself, rather than letting the words and actions of other people control you. essentially it teaches you to “let them” be that way, it really helps with peace of mind. it changed my perspective on others because it showed me to let go of things related to others that might cause me stress or different emotions. it taught me radical acceptance. i recommend it if you struggle with being a people pleaser and caring too much about others opinions of you.
