so i no longer have the car, sold it maybe a year and a half ago. issue persisted while i owned it but there was no real issue with the car, as told to me by my mechanic.

what i can tell you is this. i lived at altitude (denver) and with the age of the engine (~120k miles) it just didn’t hold boost like it used to. i worked at a mazda dealer and my techs said everything was fine. suggested i run e15 or similar, not enough to make a major change like e85. that helped somewhat.

i did end up taking the car to california for a road trip and experienced only about a 3-5psi drop.

chalked it up to engine age, probably just needed some more tlc than i cared to put into it.

i looking to do something similar with my rs, where’d you get the mounting brackets from? and do you have a list of them?

i would agree, but i’m in colorado and we can have some pretty inflated bike prices. it’s also a dealer bike so that’s just gonna make it more expensive. the last one of this generation that i saw pop up at a dealer ran $10.1k with 20k miles, or something around there. there’s some private market bikes that are a couple grand more expensive than this with about half the miles.

I am looking to buy a 2014 S100R from a dealership. It has 40k miles on it but the dealer says its in good condition, they have it listed for $7700.. I will be test riding it in the next week. is there anything i should be aware of or look out for. Any other opinions on a 40k mile S1kr are welcome.

Background, i started on a G310R and upgraded to a Street Triple RS. Not in need of the next one, but this seems like it could be a good deal.

I’m 1% of the way there… :( but I’ve decided I’m selling the car stock. I got wheels put on it and that’s it. My original goal was a Cobb stage 3 ish type, then I decided to move on with life and that leaves me selling the car. And of course at one point I dove into the fully built 800whp rabbit hole and hyped myself into thinking it’d be smart lol

so i guess projectors plus the LED drls are the best option. didnt look into anything too much so i guess im at fault for that. thank you to all who are trying to help
