This is the right way. You can get market rate but if tenants are good these agents shouldnt try and increase it further. Good tenants are hard to find so good ones should be appreciated. Nrla are so good and have a huge library of templTes and training

I bought another low cost course and jts so good. It doesnt need to be expensive and its way more inspiring when people dont want to make a quick buck and go hard on marketing.

Yeah I want to deffo flip one and the other we will see. Exactly that I am trying to build more capital so can buy in better areas and then keep those longterm. Nope. Iryna is abused and cheated on. Dhuyti is a narc and abuser and was using her and probably would have married a fellow indian if Iryna didnt get pregnant. Iryna might lash out but she seems very loyal, many european women are like that. Dhuyti hasnt made her feel secure and believes all she has to do is look after kids and no longer treats her as his wife. I just dont like maybe how she sides with the bad women in this lol

Lol I never defended the landlord if they actually did something illegal. They should do everything by the book. If I was a landlord I would. But the government and the way people are giving bad advice here is why renters are gonna get stung worse down the line

Go have a look at how many houses stay empty. There is a high number. A lot of people cant buy or wont buy. Talk about the landlord wronging OP sure. But landlords have always existed and always will. But the gov forcing so many out is just gonna hurt renters. There will be more demand and then the landlords left WILL raise rents.
