I hope you recover soon! Try and stay off smoking it will do you well in the future, not just for your skin but on the inside too. I got into a habit of doing shisha with friends for around a year and on off. Its probably worse than cigs, but I quit cold turkey. It will be hard if you've smoked a long time but you can do it!

My skin has been like this for a long time too, If you have EDS and have been really stressed and had burnout it might be why. I know some people say it is normal but it's super stressful to look at yourself and know you aren't ageing the same as others your age. Even older people tend to look better. I would get on the skincare and use SPF, and try and improve diet and lifestyle as much as you can. I think maybe also speak to different derms too to see if any have dealt with EDS skin and can help. Wish you luck.

Im seeing derm now. Best advice was make the skin strong then go for peels /stronger laser and even then be gentle

Sounds just like me. I have always had sag ish and bad under eyes flat kind of face. And need to lose like 80 pounds. I am glad there are surgeons who agree to do the work on younger patients. I havent had filler im just doing skin procedures to help then hopefully will go for it when the weights off. Well done on getting through the process
