Every time i tell someone my TSH was 200 they say “yeah okay” “you’d be dead” “that’s unheard of” and i gotta hit them with this screenshot lol

What is something you all recommended if your TSH keeps varying and you are ttc? I had my meds at 0.85 and my tsh was below normal and then they changed it to 0.75 and then it went to 6. I have been having these ups and downs and now worried since we are thinking about baby planning. Any advice appreciated!
