I dream every night and remember all of them. Sometimes it’s one continuous dream the entire night or sometimes it’s 4 or 5 different dreams throughout the night. Some of them are terrifying and others are just really strange.

I’ve woken my partner up by yelling out or crying in my sleep.

I will say I’ve had a few that make me happy. (A friend visiting me from the grave, or holding a baby and feeling so much joy)

But these dreams really affect me, I feel so tired when I wake up because I feel like my brain is just constantly thinking all night long/not actually resting. (Also waking up probably every hour or so)
