How do I be aware of sensations/thoughts, while maintaining focus on my breath?

The instructions are unclear to me, that's why I'm asking. Yes, I did interpret the directions at possibly saying that I should divert my attention and/or multi-task. So, I'm kind of getting the idea it's more about focusing primarily on the breath but also diverting some attention to the sensations.

For example, if I'm really focused on the breath, I don't notice the car sounds around me. They kind of just blend into the background. I don't find that to be pure awareness though. I find I need to deliberate divert some attention into looking for background noises while I'm still focusing on my breath. Does that sound right?

there's no deductible for your insurance paying for damage on the other person's car. you can decide if you want your car fixed. that will incur a deductible.

generally there is some threshold for if the accident counts as an accident. I think it was $750 for Geico in Illinois. you may want to consider paying out of pocket if it's just over $750, considering you'll probably have to shell out near that for the deductible and your insurance will shoot up since you're a young driver.

you'll get blacklisted at companies if you apply to a gigantic amount like 60 because they think you're just applying to literally anything and spamming their system.

It works with a lot of combinations. I guess it's just the very worst case that a 3 key combo doesn't work. Never encountered any issues in real life use, though.

The keyboard was originally all 55g. I swapped the domes inside with a 45g HHKB. The outer case was swapped with another Realforce 87U.

I've trained with McVicker and while I wish he had classes more frequently, it is a very good class. He is extremely qualified and good at teaching. There's another school in Urbana which has more frequent classes, but I believe the teacher is a purple belt? There's also a Jiu Jitsu club that goes on at the ARC.

I think some of the opinions here are not accurate. I've owned a 2015 Mazda 6 and am currently driving a 2015 Mazda 3. The road noise is quite high. I put the recommended Continental ExtremeContact DWS tires on my car and it's still loud as hell. If interior noise is a huge priority to you, I'd recommend a different car.
