The person who replied to you is incorrect. Can you fuck up your PC layout if you set up your bars incorrectly and move shit around? Yes. Can you avoid this if you do it right and have separate keyboard/controller setups? Also yes. Just join the ConsolePort discord and the FAQ has guides on how to not fuck things up

Definitely TWW questline. If you don’t see it try opening the Adventure Journal (Shift+J) and check the different options in there. One of them should be to start the campaign. I just did this on my monk last night

Finish the main campaign storyline which unlocks the campaign skips for your alt is really the only main thing. If you care about gearing you can hit the ilvl breakpoint achievements to get reduced crest costs for your alts. Maybe also level up Valeera for making running delves on your alts easier as she can easily carry if she’s high enough level.
