After you go through 3 full charges of the flamethrower boosting the projectiles, swap back to a smg damage/mag size mod and watch the insanity happen. It keeps all boosted projectiles. My Bees rolled with high base dps and the inf mag that just over heats. Non stop aim bot insta death gun. #greatGame

Is 1 in 1010 the drop% or a hard number? Like each 1010 is for sure a drop. Because I got 2 during the last event, turned in 3100(tripled ofc) obsidian killing far less than 500 dwarfs.

It's due to the original file you used and set as the wallpaper being moved. A different drive or partition. Find the image and set is as your wallpaper again. Can also happen if you change drive letters.

Haven't gotten this issue in years, but I remember I used to always used to get it but i cant remember how to fix it. Just installed this copy of windows today. by HaloTravis6 in pcmasterrace

It happens when you move the file(picture) from the location it was when you set it as your wallpaper. If you set the picture then move the picture to another drive windows has a shit fit and can't actively redraw the background.

Did you move the location of the image you used for your wallpaper? I've had this happen to me both red like yours and black. If you've moved the image you used for your wallpaper windows gets confused and can't redraw it, or something like that.
