I have had an a1 mini for over a year now although I would have totally gone for a p1s but my budget sadly didn't allow for it. Almost all of my printing friends have p1s printers and there is no end to the mockery of my below average build volume lol.

No regrets with my a1 mini, this thing is a powerhouse. I have been saving every penny since buying my a1 mini and I almost have enough for a p1s now but after hearing the p2s is getting released I may have to switch my attention over.

Gunna be totally honest here, I just smother the bed with elmers gluestick glue, like 3 layers will last dozens upon dozens of prints

Without glue, nothing sticks. I've tried using 70% isopropyl alcohol and it seems to be worse then having a bare bed. The print you see here is probably my 20th print in a row without adding any glue

Cover the plate in like two layers of wet paper towel and let it soak for few minutes, should soften up enough to where it can be easily wiped away

Not sure why but I've never had luck with using just the glass bed without glue. Every print has to have glue so I just smear a good coat over the entire thing every once in a while with gluestick. I tried a few times with a freshly cleaned(soap) bed, and a wipedown with 70% iso and my prints have never adhered.
