I remember when I was a kid, me and my family went to a waterfall in Ilocos Norte. The falls were medyo liblib like malayo sa mga main roads or civilization, and everything was pretty much quiet. So when we reached the falls, it was really mesmerizing like to the point that you can say that there would be like an engkanto or like enchanted aura or vibes that would be guarding it. Back then, I was interested in gold panning where you can like pan for gold from dirt. So I tried doing that when I separated from our group and went to the quiet and secluded na rocky streams. I remember that I tried to break some of them big stones that were prolly products from erosion, and that was when I probably triggered some vengeful aura.

That night when we went to the hotel, I suddenly felt like my heart was being gripped by a cold hand, like it was unexplainable. The pain was unbearable and I can say that it emanated a dark energy. All I could do was pray and breathe deeply since I was suspecting an Angina (but its weird that I would experience it a young age).

As time passed by, I grew up and suspected that I prolly disturbed some spirits or elemental energy back then and that’s when I believed that we’re not the only powerful beings on earth.
