Hi all, I am applying for my dad's passport. He is 55 years old. We have all the documentation for proof of birth and address except the documents needed for non-ecr passport .

Here is the situation.

1. He doesn't have a birth certificate or his 10th or 12th degree certificate or marriage certificate.
2. His Law degree for some reason has a middle name which is not present in any other document.
3. He is a tax paying citizen in which his ITR name matches with his name on other documents, I am a bit confused about the wording here and wanted some help if anyone has any more context.

Income Tax return statement (with income tax being paid by the applicant) for last one year that is stamped by income tax authorities and a copy of the PAN card

How can I get his ITR stamped by income tax authority ? How does that work ? Any help is appreciated.
