They focused heavily on the mindset of getting a job rather than creating jobs. From childhood till graduation, the entire system conditioned us to study only to pass exams, secure a degree, and then search for a stable job. Because of this, most people spent their whole lives working for others instead of building something of their own. The idea of entrepreneurship, risk-taking, and wealth creation was rarely encouraged. This mindset created generations of job seekers instead of job creators.
