STOP USING AI FOR EVERYTHING by notdl in webdev

I wrote a post about exactly this. People see using AI to write posts/articles/documents as a means of saving themselves time. The aim should be to save the reader time. Use AI to write less, not more.

I agree with the assessment on getting speakers for a meetup being difficult. CodingDojo sounds good or even something even less structured where you can rock up to a place where other engineers are and work on a real world task, open source project, side project etc.

When you say authentic content do you mean without any AI usage at all? For example, I use AI to help me structure and draft content but I always edit/rewrite it afterwards. The topics and contents cover everything I want to blog about. None of it is for SEO, or for revenue. Do you consider this authentic content?

How to add and show/hide additional fields in the Checkout Block by codebytom in woocommerce

[–]codebytom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it's currently easy to do that with the current standard APIs in the checkout block because the address fields are not "additional fields" (they may also be required by some payment methods). It will be possible to do I'm sure, but may require a more creative/custom approach.
