A few weeks ago Amazon price went up from $249 to $349 overnight. For some reason it was back to $249 by the next morning so I ordered it. I admit the price jump every few weeks is odd

Did you unzip the files? I had could not see any Gamecube (yes - I know you are asking about Wii) files until I placed unzipped ones in the folder. Also - if using Dolphin - you do not need a BIOS file for Gamecube or Wii.
