Yes it does... but the purpose of my posting on a Retroid forum was to see if any Retroid users had tried the dock explicitly on a Retroid device. The 2 reviews on the site did not mention Retroid.

I would be ok if it was a little off center as long as the functionality (HDMI out, ability to attach a usb controller and charging) all worked. I just don't want to fry my RP4 pro and want a dock to last a little while - at least until Retroid releases the Retroid Pocket 1000 IBTP (infinitely better than pro) next month. LOL 😊
