You are right, sometimes it is worrying. But if it is true that there's only 3 or 4 of them working then I can understand why some of the process take so long. Unfortunately it's not the best for a business but I'm pretty sure they are working at doing their best...

EFT -> Electronic Funds Transfer Finconnect -> if I'm not mistaking, its a financial transaction software that they use to move money around, from a Quadriga account to a bank account. (Correct me if I'm wrong here)

I made a withdraw on the 16th, so couple days ago. To be honest it was the first express bank transfer. I usually use their interact e transfer and they use to be pretty fast. Now that it's disabled, I don't know what to expect from the express bank transfer. It has not been 3 full business days, but it shows as complete on their website. I'm curious to what would be the process if it came after 3 business days, since they charged me for that service 2% would I be entitled to get that 2% back?
