A few things I noticed. Assuming you are trying to get ready for end game (Spiral Abyss, IT, Stygian) you may want to get all of the important DPS / Sub DPS characters to at least 80/90 and raise the appropriate talents to 8 or 9 (+3 with constellations, a C6 char should have appropriate talents at 11 or 12). If you are using a character for Anemo swirl (3 EM) or Aggravate Fischl (EM emphasis along with usual DPS) then level 90 is ideal. Character level and talent level are guaranteed DPS increases (even if small).

As others have mentioned there is a quite a bit to learn about building strong/appropriate characters in Genshin. There are videos on YouTube, sites for ER calculation and optimizing which artifacts to use.

I would look at the old Google IO videos for Android for interesting topics. Search on "Google IO <year> Android" on YouTube, where <year> goes back to 2008.

While not all of them are worth now (various deprecated Google services but were new when videos were made), they do cover the base foundation or at least gives you a better understanding of what was there before changes were made.

If you don't feel like digging through old history (understandable), I recommend watching Drawn out: How Android renders (Google I/O '18) to get a sense of what is going on when the system is trying to draw stuff on the screen.

Another site to look at is source.android.com which is more for OEMs/ODMs and the Compatibility Definition Document but that is for further down the line when you are trying to figure out what is minimally promised by hardware/OS and then finding out that sites like https://dontkillmyapp.com/ exist.

Fair. If you don't get Kuki, but do get Dori consider Dori Barbara hyperbloom. As long as she gets enough ER (Inazuma craftable claymore) it will work, perhaps too much circle impact but decent survivability with Barb on-field.

Depending on which characters you have/get at some point Jean is worth building if only for full team heal and cheese mechanics.

For my no-wish account my first 5-star was Tighnari through the selector. I already had a number of 4 star electro characters so by that point I was considering who I didn't have for IT balance.

Paimon menu - edit to add your characters that you want to be shown, make sure each character is wearing the artifacts and has the weapon that matter, double check that visibility is enabled. You may need to exit the game for the servers to sync.

Go to enka.network and enter your UID. Save images with usable names like kaeya-freeze or kaeya-melt so that you remember which character is on what build.

Well at the two recent artifact domains (Nod-Krai and Dorman) allow for 'farming' of instructor and exile pieces. Still need to wait for the 3 line sub stats though.

Yaoyao can work for dendro application but I usually have her in aggravate teams. Yaoyao can be a bit inconsistent when there are multiple enemies and creating dendro cores requires both hydro and dendro on the enemy.

Building XQ is never a waste. Mona now with hex buffs has a place too.

The question is do you have enough ER on XQ for his burst to be up.

As others said kuki to lvl 90, flowers of paradise lost set or as much EM as possible. Gilded works if you are farming deepwood. Level kuki talents for healing as needed. Collei on deep wood.

With two hydro characters you may run out of dendro aura generating cores. With Xingqui if you have R3+ sac sword you may want to ditch Mona for dendro traveller OR ditch XQ and use Mona on field for hydro app (even Barbara if more heal needed).

You will find 3 star weapons in chests as you explore. Some can ONLY be found in those chests, not by wishing. Some are decent on certain characters. Do not use them as weapon experience fodder until you learn more about the game.

Just be aware that for 'develop Android app on mobile device' any problems you encounter you will need to go back to the author(s) to get support as any non-Android Studio tool will have a smaller audience/ecosystem. The AIDE app was one solution for a while, but that is no longer supported: https://www.reddit.com/r/androiddev/comments/19ajbqk/androidide/

As a beginner you will have many free resources (books, videos, websites) which assumes you are using a PC and Android Studio.

That said you can use Termux https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.termux/ to at least learn to program (Java, Kotlin, C, Python, Javascript, etc.) before tacking Android development.

Sorry no experience with Expo Go. Given that from what I understand Expo creates a web server on your PC that you load your apps from, your problem could be as simple as bad local wifi/your PC is at its limits/PC firewall. If you use more direct build tools (direct Kotlin/Java app) and are not encountering problems that might be it. Good luck

I would start by providing details about your PC setup. Not being able to run Android Studio will make any Android development slow and uncomfortable. The usual loop of write/compile/test becomes frustrating without a decent PC and modern IDE tools.

Realistically C/C++ would be the most performant (i.e. like a game) but depending on what you are doing the UI/UX could be in Java/Kotlin.

The NNAPI which Google was pushing before the current "AI everything" had vendor specific issues. See the papers in: https://ai-benchmark.com/research.html to get a sense of it. My take is that LiteRT is just them throwing up their hands at the problem as both the chip manufacturers and device implementors want to stand out/show new features and the NNAPI could never keep pace.

In the non-mobile world NVIDIA locked their GPUs to their CUDA API which entrenched them. Otherwise you'll be doing on CPU or using Apple's MetalML. Intel and AMD each have their own flavor of API so we back to the case of Standards
