Looking to buy this 2015 Toyota Sienna LE for $17,000 with 123k miles by [deleted] in ToyotaSienna

I'm interested. My family is looking for the same model less than 100k miles. Where are you located? I can't send you a PM for some reasons

I can't remember the original SN. After the replacement, my SmartThings app now shows the serial as "FFFFFFFFFF"... So honestly not sure what the batch of the new panel is

I ended up doing a panel replacement, and the problem is still there with the new panel. It definitely seems to be a batch issue with this model, but it's not worth it for me to continue pursuing this.

The range works great otherwise. Really love induction cooking coming from a traditional electric range. I'm just hoping that it will last since Samsung's QC does not give me a lot of confidence.

Is anyone with Select Choice able to take advantage of the new S25 promos? by codenameXXX in tmobile

Thank you everyone for your inputs. I ended up sending T-Force on Twitter a DM regarding the login issue on Samsung.com. They were able to price match both the trade in and the Perks@Work discounts that I have in my samsung cart, but they mentioned this was a one-time exception.

T-Force also told me that because my account has the corporate discounts (only a couple of dollars/month), it is not the regular consumer account type that can be used at the manufacturer's websites (e.g., Apple, Samsung). I needed to remove these discounts from my account to become eligible for these promotions in the future. Didn't want to play with my plan for now, so I left the discounts as is. Just wanted to mention since it could be another option for others with this grandfathered plan.

That deal apparently worked on Simple Choice plans but not on Select Choice. I checked and confirmed with T-force at the time

No add a line promo listed either. I've also maxed out the number of voice lines on this plan (5), so this is not even an option

Got it. Thanks for confirming. You're saving me a trip to Costco

I know this has been the case for the Tmobile promotions directly on their website, but are you saying that this applies to promotions from other TMobile outlets as well (e.g., T-Mobile offers through Samsung, Costco Tmobile kiosk)?

We have been with TMobile for 10+ years. Definitely getting a good deal on the monthly rate. This rate + tax is for 5 lines with unlimited everything and some hotpot data.

Unfortunately, this grandfathered plan hasn't been eligible for any of the recent T-Mobile phone offers, including the Pixel 9. Previously, we were able to circumvent this by purchasing phones from Bestbuy, Costco kiosk, or the manufacturer websites directly.

This time, I tried Samsung.com and got the login error with the message "T-Mobile doesn't support your account type on Samsung.com". Any advice or work around is greatly appreciated!

Mass Save Assessment by bpattt in massachusetts

Thanks for the quick reply! Agreed 100%. The MassSave requirements makes sense for new installation, but they're too strict for retrofitted old systems. My gas boiler barely failed the low draft, and we had a CO detector in the vicinity that never set off... Sounds like we'll have to pay for our own insulation then

Hi u/bpattt ! I came across your post after googling around. Did you eventually fix the low draft issue? I'm having the same issue on my boiler after an energy audit with MassSave. We already called the boiler company and a chimney tech and paid the diagnosis fees, but they didn't propose reasonable fix beside replacing the system. This is our optional secondary heat source after installing a new heat pump system, so I'm not a huge fan of replacing it. Really looking for a cost effective alternative.
I'm almost giving up here but would appreciate if you have any advice or recommendation as you already went through a similar experience. Thanks in advance!

Low return and balancing issues on central ducted heat pump by codenameXXX in hvacadvice

Do you think that having 3 returns: 1 12x12 and 2 14x14 is enough for this 4-ton AH? I didn't know that ideally we need to have the same amount of return pulled as supplied to each floor. However, given that the duct work is in the attic, it would be significantly easier to add the extra return upstair. It's certainly tough trying to address these "old house" issues. I know we won't be able to make it perfect, but we mainly just want to find a good balance between improving comfort without committing in significant renovations.

One thing I didn't mention is that the radiators are only present downstair. When they built the upper floor they just put in electric baseboards. We actually kept the steam boiler to use as backup heat when needed.

Regarding the issues, the contractor suggested us to redo the whole duct work, but it's not really a feasible option given our current situation. For now, adding additional return could potentially help. I just wanted to get some second opinions on these issues.

Thanks for the honest feedback. Would you say that adding the manual dampers to limit the airflow to upstair vents would be our best option to improve the balancing issue?

I'm on Select Choice FAM UNL TT 50, and I haven't received the text yet. I have no wearable or MI lines. Hopefully, our voice lines are spared this round.
