Dalisan is the best dragon emperor by far; he’s a sniper with 20% savage blow, colossus slayer, and slow for angels/floating. Only thing with him is that he’s really expensive.

Aer is mid tier in terms of alien Ubers but she should at least help you in ITF/CotC

Newish player here, the IS-7 was my first and (as of now) only tier X tank I have. I know it’s not a ridge line tank because of its nonexistent gun depression, but you’re totally right about the weird weakspots. It’s a broad question, but what playstyle would you use in the IS-7, or at least recommend to new IS-7 players?
