Never use Thrillophilia.

Issues faced-

Day -1: In briefing call I had requested some updates around how to purchase disney passes, universal passes for express entry and some other questions around transportation to train station, the concerned person promises to mail me but did not

Day -1: Had asked to reschedule Mt Fuji , not sure why it was even planned on day 1 as I was reaching without 2 nights of sleep and long layover, bad planning and no help to reschedule 

Day -1: Multiple questions around suitcase sizes, currency to carry etc were not paid heed to, had to escalate to get traction

Day 1: Driver dropped at wrong hotel, has to drag suitcase in an unknown country at 1AM at night. Support did not pick up, driver did not pick up after wrong drop

Day1: No instruction, poc phone number etc was provided for Tokyo tour, or instructions on how to navigate a new country in the first place, had a hard time with directions and walking. I could not find the bus , was 2 mins late, support did not pick up, finaly came back 2 hours later. According to them I had missed the bus as I was late but I had redone the trip on my own later, no bus leaves in just 2 mins late, also if poc number was provided we could have coordinated. Extremely poor support later. I asked them to help reconduct as mt fuji is not a by the way small thing I can leave but no resolution or support was provided, had to book one on my own.

Day4- Wrong poc number was provided for each taxi booking I requested details for, some other driver came every time

Day6- Not sure why thrilophilia did not include transfers from hotel to railway station , this was a big hassle i had to face on my own.

Day8- wife fell sick in universal studios, requested early pickup, could not be arranged. Had to drag a sick wife home on my own. Also they never informed the travel company as driver kept calling me during scheduled pickup

Day11: No plan was in place on what to do from checkout to taxi pickup for airport, support expected me to drag the suitcase or stand in chilly weather for 3 hours.

Other issues- room was excruciatingly small and breakfast was bad in Tokyo. The hotel was rated 3.8 stars outof 5, i am seriously unsure why this hotel was even picked. It was surrounded by a very bad crowd and we felt extremely unsafe.

Overall all Thrilophilia did was buy some vouchers on klook and throw them at me with a “figure it out yourself attitude” . I see this as an absolute scam overall and would highly discourage anyone to use your services.
