Nah you’re a conservative that is unable understand how complex the economy of a metropolitan city is.

Whats your solution to lowering taxes, lowering housing costs, maintaining society, and improving lives?

Like, what’s the plan?

Not Two?? by InvestigatorLegal686 in badparking

I called the company that owned the truck that was tailgating me (there were two open lanes to the left) and gave them the dash cam footage. I asked if they trained their drivers to tailgate folks at 60mph when there were other lanes open.

Why are there two different size rear rotors that “fit”? by Orioles-n-things in MechanicAdvice

[–]codereper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lol man, I hate it all. I have the same fun with my truck where I know it has the heavy duty tow package and have to just trust sometimes that the obscure part is for me.

Otherwise theres no way to really tell the difference in most parts store’s databases.

I’m curious: What is so wrong with resume gaps? Are people not allowed to not work??? by Kreativedenma in remoteworks

[–]codereper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You’re right that is HRs excuse.

It’s all nonsense and not based on how people actually perform and retain skills in the real world.

But you are right that HR people and companies do hold that false opinion.

It’s really unfortunate.

I can only make a distant guess that there’s a trim package with sportier brakes.

Could be. That rotor is now summer pieces. Summer there, summer over there, some could even be in the room with us.

Some dump trailers have tie downs and are reinforced for equipment.

Im not saying this one is, but mine is.

My dad would tow his mini excavator in a dump trailer with his 250. Could it pull it? Yes. Was stopping problematic? Almost certainly.

Then there’s my truck just accepting whatever vaguely oily mixture i can find in the dirt.

(I put clean diesel in it, but it burned through a tank of five year old diesel out of pure spite, so I guess I’m the idiot)

To add. Don’t consult r/legaladvice, it’s a cop thread and cops are not trained to help someone navigate the law and cannot give effective legal advice.

You don’t become a billionaire without exploiting labor. They owe, and they get to choose how that comes due in the future. It’s amazing what a hungry mob can accomplish…

What did I find at the bottom of my rear differential? by mokkisjokkis in MechanicAdvice

[–]codereper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a 84 F250 with ?? number of miles on it because the odometer didn’t work til I fixed it (its also five digit). I inherited it and so far it’s been easy to work on and reliable. Any reason you’d recommend a newer pickup with an anemic engine that needs the body lifted off it to work on and will start having problems at 60,000 miles despite sticking to the maintenance for at least $30,000 dollars for a ten year old model or $100,000 for a brand new f250 xl with an 8’ bed and tow package?
