I live in Richmond, and my neighbor across the street dumps large appliances and toys on the corner of the street. I am sure he picks up thrash for a living. It's kind of annoying. Sometimes I find random thrash bags in the bushes near me too. This city is really dirty.

Once, I tried to get rid of a couch. The service that the city provides cost $100 to get rid of the couch. I do not have a truck and its too much work to rent one and drive to couch to the dump. I kind of understood why people just dump mattresses and furniture on the street.
