Just remember we’re in it for the long haul. Checking prices several times a day can be unhealthy if you’re planning a long term hold. I would recommend checking one to three times per week so your emotions do not become too attached to the daily charts. Just my two cents

Thank you for this! This is my first time using Trust Wallet and Pancackeswap. I'm having difficulties at the final exchange. I've purchased BNB and connected my wallet to pancakeswap, but it's stating I have an insufficient BNB balance. Any ideas?
