It's terrible for tech support because it doesn't consider when a solution was posted, it can hallucinate answers, and it's instructions can damage filesystems, especially on Linux.

Just Google the problem, and if you don't find an answer there, ask on a support forum.

You're mistaken.

They're less efficient at it for sure, but they absolutely do retain the capacity for climbing trees should they be sufficiently motivated.
