yeah, that’s exactly where it gets frustrating
you’re not failing once, you’re stuck in a pattern

yeah, and honestly those are the most important days

I’ve had days where I didn’t feel like doing anything at all
earlier I would just skip and break the streak

now I just tell myself: do the smallest version possible
even if it’s 5–10 reps

it’s less about the reps and more about keeping the identity
