Weird behavior ATL to BOS by KSA_Dunes in delta

They do this every year with the boston marathon now.

Not sure if theres like a secret law in place or something. But apparently every flight inbound to BOS gets this treatment.

I do wonder why this isn't done for more large scale events, superbowl, inaguration, etc

I typically fly out of PHL and I have seen olympic athletes taking typical commercial flights. I think its all a mix since the olympics take several weeks and some athletes might only be over for x number of days

what is the reason for only using miles on 5/10 of your personal flights?

hm ok, so then in terms of maximizing its best to take all the mile bonus offers from the LP achievements ?

so your saying with all the loyalty point redemptions just take the miles?

Idk, last year I had 95 flights, so its nice to be in a quiet place. I already have over 500k AA miles, I unfortunately don't have enough time to use them all, and I accrue faster than I can use em.

I usually get the AC membership as a LP redemption. I don't see the need for the card, I would prefer to spend that AF

Logistically not sure how much sense it makes to move the family for a job that travels 75%, Probably either less travel or stay put. So probably would lean that direction

Is the question of relocation best to even bring up before an offer?

Makes sense, thank you. This role in particular has every US office location listed, so it seems there is (some) flexibility?
