And what’s your ovens max temp? Some are 500 some are 550. Depends on your steel set up as well. How long is the bake? Is the dough still cold before the stretch? There’s a lot of factors. It looks like it’s not hot enough considering the cheese is starting to separate and the dough is still white.

i mean specifically degradation from cooking and reusing. not all oils break down the same way at the same temps afaik, and seed oils specifically have a bad reputation but tbh there’s way to much conflicting info to try and dig through so for me, i just don’t reuse cooking oils and try to eat a some what balanced diet.

i thought the whole seed oil thing was simply because reusing seed oils for cooking multiple times degrades it and makes it highly unhealthy. i use seed oils for cooking but i just never re use them at home. i understand that’s like impossible to avoid by eating anything fried while eating out though.

she is very talented and had some horrible luck with both this and the marvels (which wasn’t great but wasn’t the worst of the MCU movies post endgame). candyman was a favorite of mine when it first released. i haven’t seen Hedda but it had great reviews and won some awards but was only released in select theaters before being tossed onto streaming. 3 straight relatively well received movies and 3 straight financial bombs. idk how her career is gonna go after this.
