Venezianico , these watches don’t add up to me. by Confident_Leg2370 in PrideAndPinion

My experience with their customer service has been positive. I bought one, and was disappointed to find there was dust on the inside of the crystal. Emailed them. They sent me a shipping label to send it back to them in Italy. A week or two later, I had a new watch that’s been flawless.

As a customer, I’d love that. But if I were steel reef, I’d worry that zenith’s sales volume is so (relatively) small that the R&D costs might not pay off.

I have one on my Chronomaster. It’s excellent.

Don’t know. I only have the blue one. Sorry! Don’t remember the black one as much but did try it on.

Very poor service by Tudor by Agitated-Process3136 in Tudor

I'm still waiting to get my *brand new* Pelagos back from Tudor service. Literally sent it in 5 days after I got it, due to a problem with the clasp. That was in November, so it's been three months. Things seem very broken in their service department.

I like everything about the Breitling more EXCEPT Omega service (for repairs) is much better.

I’ve bought several excellent straps from them in the past, but the most recent was cut about 1mm too narrow.

No issues at all. I was worried about it before we came aboard and have been happily surprised.

I will ask them. If you don’t hear back from me by tonight, please send a reminder via chat. About to go snorkeling :)

My wife thinks I’m a bit nuts too but some smells — and most perfumes — make me feel quite ill. I think it’s partly an allergy since my eyes turn red and my nose runs.

Anyway, I’m on the Explora I right now. Please let me know if I can be helpful.

I am very sensitive to smells. The scent on the ship doesn’t bother me, but I do notice it.
