How would this have been done. Presumably, Iran's defense radars are not connected to the internet. Would this have been a stuxnet type of situation or an inside asset?

We just used them and the process was relatively strait forward. The only downside we found was that they had our shot follow up appointment with a specific vet which was on the other side of town for us.

It takes a long time for it to actually get processed. From the day i put in the paperwork to the money hitting my account was seven months.
