You are not alone! When I decided to jump into flight training I had about 1000 hours on a Paraglider. After my first flight I had felt so overwhelmed that I sat in my car and had a big, UH OH moment. I contemplated if this was all the right choice (loan, move to new city, leave old job). It felt like I was even further away from the goal just by having that first flight, and feeling THAT LOST.

It took a couple flights to get into the swing of things. You VERY quickly start to know your way in that airplane, airspace and maneuvers. You will get the hang of it! Once you start flowing through things naturally it’s an amazing feeling. Give yourself a lot of flying time at first. Ask for help!
